Agile Dayton is the local community for anyone practicing or curious about agility. Once a month we get together to talk about what's working, what's stuck, and what's worth trying next. You don't have to be an expert and you don't have to say a word.
What you're walking into
No experience required
Scrum Masters, Product Owners, developers, designers, coaches, managers, and folks who got handed an agile team last month and are figuring it out. If you're curious, you're the audience.
Practitioners, not pitches
Every session is somebody who actually does the work talking about how it went for them. Nobody is selling you anything from the front of the room.
Free, and usually there's food
We meet in the evening, in person around Dayton, and online when that suits the topic better. Bring a question you're stuck on.

Got something you want to talk about?
You don't need a keynote and you don't need a polished deck. Some of the best sessions we've had were somebody walking us through a thing that went sideways at work and what they'd do differently now. If you've figured something out, or you're still chewing on it, that's a session.
First time speaking is fine. Say so on the form and I'll help you shape it.
